Welcome to the Analytics Certification Program. Analytics provides data and insight into many aspects of company and clinic reporting, appealing to users with different goals and expectation for the platform. We’ve categorized these users into three specific roles and provided two certification levels to accommodate a user-specific depth of knowledge.

 

 

Course Overview

During this course, you’ll identify your role (Senior Manager, Clinic Director, or Analyst) and the accompanying certification level (Basic or Advanced). You’ll complete the prescribed coursework, review with the provided study guides, and complete the exam level of your choosing.

 

Instructions

Pay attention to the instructions as you navigate the certification program. Senior Managers and Clinic Directors will be prompted to take the Basic Certification Exam after completing the Productivity Measurements topic.  Analysts will be instructed to skip this exam and proceed to the next topic before taking the Advanced Certification Exam.

  • Basic Certification: plan to spend 2.5 hours completing the coursework and 40 minutes taking the Basic Certification exam.
  • Advanced Certification: plan to spend 3 hours completing the coursework and 60 minutes taking the exam.

Exams

You can attempt each exam twice. You must achieve a score of 80% or better to become certified.

shows navigation only - did not include rational for reports or recommendations for best practices
